Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command, have arrested five suspected cultists in Lekki Phase One area of Lagos State.

The suspected cultists who are aged between eighteen and thirty-five years were arrested with one Locally cut to size pistol; Four live catridges; One Battle Axe.

The suspects include; Rafiu Alade, Tobi Adegoke, Olarewaju David, Abiodun Alade, and Hanafi Waheed.

In Ajegunle area of the state, twenty cultists aged between nineteen and thirty-three years were arrested by the police.

They include; Abubakar Mohammed; Yusuf Ayodeji; Srahudeen Jamiu; Yusuf Jimoh; Taiwo Haza; Adewole Aliu; Samuel Oyekunle; Yusuf Tajudeen; Rasheed Idris; Olamilekan Bello; Yusuf Kolakpo; Afeez Abayomi; Tope Bamidele; Taiwo Sodiq; Yusuf Maliki; Kehinde Hassan; Emmanuel Sunday; Imeh Innocent; Afaya Ayotunde; Ramon Saka.

In Epe area of Lagos only one cultist, Kehinde Adejumo was arrested by the police.

According to Commissioner of Police, Imohimi Edgal, the suspects who are of the Eiye Confraternity were arrested during a rival cult fight, saying they would taken to court soon.
