The newly-appointed Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone “3”, Kayode Aderanti has assumed office.

Public Relations Officer of the Zonal Command, ASP Yusuf Mohammed said Aderanti took over from AIG Usman Tili.

“The new AIG of police solicits maximum cooperation from the general public to be law abiding and have confidence in the security apparatus within the Zone 3 Command in the course of his administration,” Mohammed said.

The zone 3 command comprises Adamawa, Gombe and Taraba states.
