The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, has re-trained about 100 emergency responders in Disaster management in Lagos.

The training which held at Ikeja, was organised to boost the knowledge and morale of its Junior Staff.

Addressing newsmen, the Director General, LASEMA, Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osayintolu, said despite the COVID19 pandemic, Emergency responders have been on their toes, hence the need for added knowledge in the face of the growing challenges in the State.

The LASEMA Junior Staff were trained on impact of COVID19 on productivity at work, Managing our Boss to get results and Work ethics/attitudinal change to improve employee performance among others.
The DG tasked the responders to put the knowledge gained from the training to good use while calling on residents to adhere strictly to all safety protocols to reduce disasters in the state.
Dr Oke-Osayintolu assured Lagos residents that the present administration will leave no stone unturned to ensure adequate protection of lives and property in the State.
