Nigerian Army has repelled terrorists attack at Logomani on Dikwa-Gambarou road in Borno on Sunday, killing twenty-two of them.
Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Colonel Sani Usman, said four soldiers died in the attack and their rifles missing, while two others sustained injuries.
Usman said the attack came in three waves with the terrorists using thirty-six hand Grenades and Rocket Propelled Launchers, saying the troops recovered two AK-47 Rifles, one FN Rifle, one G3 Rifle and thirty-six hand grenades after about an hour.
He said the location had been reinforced and replenished while the troops had continued their clearance operations.
