In a bid to be the best country partner to boost the human capital to face the challenges in the emerging world, the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Managment, CIHRM, has inducted over fifty members as Doctoral Fellow, Full Member, Associate Member, Fellow.

During the induction, the Institute inducted a Human Resource Manager, Odita Sunday who is a Journalists with the Guardian Newspaper covering Security, Crime and Defence and the immediate President of Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria, CRAN.

The institute aim is to increase its membership base worldwide through global partnerships and affiliations with Universities, and other Professional Institutes in different countries.
It believes that the human resource contingency lies at the heart of every business, brand and organisation the world over, saying no business can run efficiently without human resources and nor can any business expect to succeed without stellar human resource management.
According to its Registrar, Gbenga Erietan, the main aim of the institute is to contribute to make a pool of capable set of human resources in the nation by transforming personnel into human resources now and then to make them human capital by empowering them by right Knowledge, Skills Attitudes and Abilities.
In his words, the Institute contribute to meeting sustainable national productivity by enhancing industry viability on green through better human productivity in making human capital development by transforming personnel into human resources.
Erietan said the institute will foster and maintain investigations and research into the best means, and method of applying the science and art of Human Resource Management and to encourage, extend, increase, disseminate and promote knowledge and the exchange of information and ideas with regard to all questions relating thereto or connect therewith.
He charged the newly inducted members of the Chartered Institute to prepare for more harder tasks as dire disruptions in place of work remain inevitable which makes the tasks of human capital management more challenging.
