The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, ICSAN and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars are set to host the 2023 Company Secretaries and Registrars Forum.

The Forum billed for Friday is themed; Sustainability and The Global Governance Work Place: The Role For The Corporate Secretaries Registrars And Issuers.

According to ICSAN Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, Taiwo Olusesi, the Forum is organised annually to proffer solutions to pertinent issues in the operations of Company Secretaries, Registrars and Issuers.

She says the two Institutes are collaborating for the first time in organising the forum to ensure all relevant stakeholders are part of the initiative to move the sector to greater height.

Speakers at the event include; Chief Executive Officer, The Chartered Governance and Accountant Institute, Zimbabwe, Dr. Lovemore Gomera, Executive Director/Head Legal Compliance & E.S.G CE Power Solutions Limited, Lady Cheta Nwabwuike, FCIS, Chief Executive Officer, United Capital PLC Peter O Ashade.

Others are; Managing Director/CEO First Registrars & Investor Services Ltd, Dr. Bayo Olugbemi, FCMR, FCIB, ACIS, Director-General, Chartered Governance Institute of UK, Tim Sheehy, and Chairman/Keynote Speaker: Managing Director / Chief Executive Director Access Bank Plc, Roosevelt Ogbonna FCA, CFA.
