Rivers State Police Command has arrested officers involved in the assault of an unidentified man in Port Harcourt, River.

Inspector Adejoh Siaka; Inspector Friday Obaka, and Sgt. Ndiwa Kpuebari from Rivers State.
Force Public Relations Officer CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi disclosed this on his Twitter handle.
In a video, a police officer is seen slapping and flogging a man who was stopped on the road.
Reacting to the video, Adejobi condemned the action and assured that the officers would be arrested.
And on Tuesday, he confirmed that the officers had been arrested.
“These men have been arrested, and their commander will personally bring them to the Force Headquarters for further actions.
They are three in number, attached to RRS, or Rivers State.
Their action does not portray the police in a good light at all.
Adejobi stated that whatever a policeman does is personal and that it is not systematic.
He said he is shocked at how a man would be flogging or slapping a grown-up man, which he described as barbaric and unpoliced.
