For the umpteenth time, Laurence Chukwudi Izegbu has been appointed as an editorial consultant of Upstream Gaze, the official magazine of Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC).

Izegbu possesses a degree in Petroleum Management from University of Plymouth, United Kingdom, with certifications in Analytical Writing and Strategy Development.
This new responsibility is coming barely a week after he was appointed by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as Senior Special Aide on Local Content Policy.
NUPRC is the arm of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources concerned with the issuance of licenses and the supervision of regulations across the expanse of the oil and gas value chain.
Izegbu, a prolific social commentator and writer, also has qualifications in Strategic Management and analytical writing.
