Nigeria Police High Command has redeployed Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Imohimi Edgal.

Edgal was redeployed to the Force Headquarters in Abuja as the Commissioner of Police in charge of Explosive Ordinance Unit.

He assumed office as Lagos Commissioner of Police on August thirty-one, twenty-seventeen, Before then, he was the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Operations in Lagos State.

Kayode Egbetokun will take over from Edgal as acting police commissioner in the state.
