Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai has assured Nigerians of the military’s determination to combat all security challenges confronting the nation, especially in the north east where the Boko Haram terrorist group has renewed suicide bombings.

Buratai made this known at the 59th passing out parade of the Nigerian Military School, Zaria in Kaduna State, where he pledged that the Army would do everything possible to ensure no part of the country was taken over by the terrorist group and other criminal elements.

He said in collaboration with other security agencies, the Force is doing everything possible to tame the insurgency of the Boko Haram sect.

Buratai who spoke through General Officer Commanding 1 division, Kaduna, Major General Adeniyi Oyebade, congratulated the graduands for the successful completion of their initial training at the institution, saying a lot was expected from them in terms of loyalty, discipline and selfless service.
