Two men allegedly killed one bar operator, Kayode Osho at Anifowoshe area of Lagos state have been apprehended by the operatives of the Special Anti_Robbery Squad (SARS) attached to State Command.

Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni while addressing journalists at the command headquarters, Ikeja, said the culprits were three as the police were still on the trail of the third suspect.

Owoseni said, one of the suspect is an employer at the bar who invited two of his friend to rob his master and collect

The suspects are identified as Ahmed Abubakar, Precious Victor and one Kelechi.

Victor who is an employee of the deceased bar owner said that their plan was to get money from his boss and not to kill him.

He said: ” I planned with my friend Kelechi to collect N65, 000 from my boss but during the process of robbing him my friend called Kelechi hit him with a bottle on his head.”

“He fell down and started asking me why we want to kill him, suddenly he grabbed me and started biting me after which Kelechi stabbed him to death.”

Victor added that: “We never planned to kill him. Kelechi who hit him has escaped and am here suffering alone.”

My boss is a nice person who relates with those of us who are his staff very well. I never meant to kill it was devil handiwork.

While Abubakar on his won said he only drove the deceased car away from the scene along with the two other suspects .

I was not aware of Kelechi and Precious plan that they killed the owner of the vehicle while driving them away.

He said:” I was at the bar to drink a day before the incident when I became friends with the deceased employee.

” The next day, I went there to drink and he told me that they have a plan to carry out in the evening when i came back in the evening and i was drinking at the bar when Victor came out to ask if I could drive and I said yes.”

” I did not know he had killed his boss until I drove them to a hotel and back to the crime scene where I was arrested.
