The twenty-twenty Public Lecture of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, ICSAN, will hold on Wednesday July 22, 2020 at 11am.

The theme of the lecture, according to ICSAN, is “Survival of MSMEs During Uncertain Times: Is Corporate Governance a Luxury or Necessity?.

Its Registrar/CEO, Taiwo Ganiyat-Olusesi, FCIS, says the Public Lecture will be held in form of a webinar where the participants will be able to join virtually through a link that could be accessed on the Institute’s website.

Olusesi added that participation at the Public Lecture is free as it is a platform through which the Institute gives back to the society as a gesture of Corporate Social Responsibility.

She however said participants needed to register in advance after which they will receive receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

According to her, this year’s Public Lecture, promises to be exciting, enlightening and enriching as a number of experienced speakers and discussants have been engaged for the event.

Professor Chris Ogbechie, of Lagos Business School will Chair the occasion, while the Guest Speaker is a Co-Founder of AACE Food Processing and Distribution, Ndidi Nwuneli.

The Discussants lined up to add deeper perspectives to the discourse are the Founder and CEO of Black House Media, Ayeni Adekunle and Assistant Chief Enterprise Officer,SMEDAN, Sola Dawodu.

The ICSAN Annual Public Lecture is an avenue through which the Institute contributes to trending issues of national or global significance.
